The farmhouse was originally built in 1919 in nearby Ammansville, TX and later moved to its current location in 1977 where the original footprint was expanded. The house has 2 stories, with an upstairs bonus room and the living area, kitchen, utility, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. The farmhouse was completely renovated in 2022.

 

The scenery on this property is one that really accents country life as the home overlooks a pond while being surrounded by towering oak trees. The property boundary to the west is set off by a seasonal creek which is a plus and draws tons of wildlife! There is a small farm shed and another equipment shed on the property.
